About the name

Named for the wood you would use to build a door.

Molave is the name of a wood. The kind woodworkers reach for when they want something built to last. A door. A frame. The parts of a house that hold the rest of it together for a hundred years.

We named the product molave.ai because that is what we wanted it to feel like. A door that opens at the right moment for the right person. A frame that holds the room steady while the people inside do the real work. Something you can lean on, and that does not bend.

Your team's meeting room. It captures the decisions and action items so nobody walks away unsure of what was agreed. It sends a short summary afterward so the people who missed the meeting can still keep up.

Room Awareness

Lives inside the same room. Quietly tells the host when a teammate has more to say, or when energy is low, so the right person gets the floor. No labels on anyone.

AI Interviewer

The same room, with the AI conducting (or sitting alongside a human as co pilot). Every candidate gets the same questions and the same patient attention, so the decision is made on what they actually said.

What we promise

Three rules we wrote down before any code.

We knew which corners we did not want to cut. We knew which corners would cost real people if we cut them. So we wrote these down first.
